Project and Change Management services

Project management and change management are two distinct yet complementary disciplines that play crucial roles in the successful implementation of initiatives within organisations. Briefly summarised, while project management is about the technical execution of a project, change management focuses on the human and organisational aspects of implementing change. Together, they contribute to the overall success of initiatives within an organisation.

Project Management focuses on planning, executing, and closing specific projects with defined objectives, timelines, and resources. It involves coordinating tasks, managing budgets, and ensuring that deliverables meet the desired quality standards. Project managers are responsible for delivering results within set constraints, which include scope, time, and cost.

Change Management, on the other hand, is centred around the processes, tools, and techniques used to manage the people side of change. It aims to facilitate a smooth transition for individuals and teams affected by a project or organisational shift. Change management helps ensure that the cultural, behavioural, and operational aspects of change are addressed, making it easier for employees to adapt to new ways of working.

We offer consulting services where you may need support on an existing project, or professional services which would mean that we would take on the full management of the project/ change on your behalf. Projects can be managed using a variety of project management methodologies including PRINCE2
