The Authentic Leadership Group helps organisations solve their challenges using the resources they already have: their people. Instead of consultants delivering something to you, we coach, train, and facilitate your own teams to create sustainable solutions from within. Your people understand your business best — we help them unlock their ideas, strengthen leadership, and build a culture that thrives. Everything you need is already in the room. The Authentic Leadership Group helps you bring it to life. What you get: • 5 hours (not including breaks), in person session with you and your executive team reviewing the problems that you want to solve, the challenges that you are facing and the constraints that you are working with. • Define the leadership approach – do you want to be separate from your people or do you want to embrace them? They both have their pro’s and con’s that we will explore together. • You’ll get a review and proposed actions that we can work together on, or that you can take to your internal team for implementation – it’s up to you. Fees for ongoing support will be agreed once the plan and level of support is confirmed.
